The simple function of this deck is to summon far too many serpents and leviathans to be sensible. Or to be blocked. Give all your creatures flying and islandwalk, and turn your opponent's lands into islands. Get the creatures out cheaply and quickly and, basically, crush your friends.

your gonna need quicksliver fountain, fog bank, high tide, boomerang, and counterspell... trade em up for ior expedition, paralyzing grasp, spreading seas, and cut back on your islands... 20 should do.boomerang your fountain when the time is right, crippling your opponent and then high tide for the mass summon. good luck!
