You're playing 4 Isochron Scepter but no instants with converted mana cost 2. You could even put Counterspell and Boros Charm in the deck to Imprint them with the Scepter, just because they're both ridiculous.

Given your current pool of instants I would suggest dropping the Iso Scepter down to 3 or even 2. 8:4 means you're likely to find yourself with a dead Scepter in hand. Plus Path and Tithe are both pretty bad for imprinting on a Scepter anyway.Secondly, I really feel like not including a 1x Batterskull is a missed opportunity here. There should at least be one in the side.
