Budget vampire deck . Could add shock lands if not on a budget. Banshee's Blade is also another viable option. If you want it to be modern legal just take out shadow rift and put in artful dodge.
All you do is play your vampires, make them unblockable with your instants and sorcery's. Once you deal damage to the opponent they will get stronger because of the counters on them and you can snowball. Use mana leak and echoing truth other for control. Apostles Blessing is for protecting your fattys later on.
