I love mill/discard decks. This is my current build and so far works very well in both one-on-one and group games. Lots of passive artifacts and enchantments that slowly whittle your opponents' hand, deck, and life away.
Sit back and build your board; putting out Racks, Cursed Racks, Megrims, Mindcranks, Jace's Erasure, and creatures. It is best to react with Recoils for card removal and forced discard. Dimir Keyrunes and Whispersilk Cloak for unblockable creatures. Windfalls with Megrims out is can be very devastating.
