I play it in modern and legacy with the following GB-deathtouch deck: http://www.mtgvault.com/wickeddarkman/decks/gbdeathtouch-modernlegacy/ Here's why you should try it out: 1: It works like cascade, so all rippling stacks before an opponent can cast any counterspells, then they all resolve. 2: I've played at 4 modern tournaments so far, and in 3 of these I have rippled 2 extra surging might from the first one cast, and I've done this twice in each of these tournaments, and I've mainly played 3 rounds because I quit to practice legacy after these 3 rounds. That's a hell of a lot of rippling... Imagine how this will work with the mask...
