Burn yourself or take an opponent's battle damage to get your life to zero, and keep yourself alive with Phyrexian Unlife. Melira keeps you from getting poison counters, neutralizing Phyrexian Unlife's effect and making you immortal for a while. Eventually exchange life with with you opponent so their life becomes zero, winning you the game.

Oh this is fun! I feel like Lightning Bolt could be something better, but it looks good!

I took out one and an Explosive Vegetation for some Phyrexian Processors. I don't know why I didn't realize this before, but Phyrexian Processor allows me to control how much life I lose.
