The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.

Deck Description

NUMBER ONE IN THE EMO TRILOGY!
(Decks where the player pretty much hurts themselves)

I decided to make a deck that didn't win through attacking. Even my regular mill-deck was based on Cipher, so I have to attack to win in that one.
With the help of my friend, we came up with the idea of milling myself.
Yeah.

Edit: I constantly change this deck to be fun, not always focusing on winning.

How to Play

Get tokens of what you mill from Seance so you can draw cards and defend yourself. Once you get Mirror-Mad Phantasm in the graveyard, use Seance to exile it and get a copy of it on your field. Since there is only one Mirror-Mad in the deck, you can activate the token's ability to mill yourself completely. At your next upkeep you can get a token of Lab Maniac and win.

Deck discussion for [EMO] Self-Mill

I would recommend focusing more on your mirrormad seance labmaniac combo.
find some enchantment return in case you have trouble grabbing hold of seance
then get rid of most of your non-mill and run cards like dream twist or increasing
confusion. Also, you may want to think about running green for things like arbor elf,
tracker's instincts, or mulch.

Thanks for the advice! I constantly change my real deck, so it's a lot different than it is here. I Like your idea of adding green, but I like the colors as it is (Murica). In my current form of this deck, I did take out some of Non-Mill cards and replaced them with other things. I don't enter tournaments very much, so I usually just put in cards that are fun to me, like Assemble the Legion.
