The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...
Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
I was thinking of ways to use Vexing Devil. I figured Vapor Snagging it back to my own hand when it is about to be destroyed would be a great way to force them to take damage.

I think you'll need more blue mana sources (maybe 2x Island). Also if you want to do what you said in your desctiption, use Unsummon instead, costs the same but without the "lose 1 life" side affect.

Delver of Secrets seems like a good match in here?
I agree with DedWards... U have 6 blue cards... I think U need 2 island & 3 "Evolving Wilds" to make the deck stabil... Sometimes U could get too many islands, if U use 5 islands, so it's better to use "Evolving Wilds"... No matter the land enter tapped, this is the only way to make it stabil...
2-3 "Delver of Secrets" would be good also ... & Brimestone is better, than Charge, so I think 3 of each is suitable for the deck...
