my current competition deck, A Poison/Proliferate strategy. The main combo of this deck is the Hand of the Praetors and the Inexonerable tide. Proliferate 3 or 4 times for just playing a card with infect.

Too many single cards...try and get it to where you are playing 3 and 4 of certain cards to give it more consistant draws/plays. Also since you are playing a good amount of artifact creatures have you thought about Steel Overseers?? Also from Besieged there are Myrs that are 1/1 for 2, have infect and tap for 1 coloress mana to speed things up a bit.

What is the name of that myr? And Steel overseer would fit well, but i want to be focused more on the poison aspect. There isnt a creature in here that doesnt infect save for Thrumming birds and Carnifex but the thrummingbirds prolif with every hit and Carnifex is Carnifex lol. Im gonna be swapping him out for a Blight Dragon.

If you're using proliferate and Grafted Exoskeleton why dont you try using Triskelion, proliferate counters on it + Grafted Exoskeleton. For more consistant play use 3 of both. Try it out maybe it works. Take out the Blackcleave Goblin its too expensive just for a 2/1 with haste... at turn 4 opponent has counters, creatures to kill it or something else. Squeeze 4 counters in (Mana leak is the best option) just for safety Also try using 4 creeping tar pit and 4 Drowned Catacomb for the correct mana curve, 7 swamps and 5 islands. Fuel for the cause is too expensive for a counter IMO, even if it proliferates you have thurmmingbird, contagine clasp and engine, Inexorable Tide Take out Fume Spitter or at least cut it down to 2 and get another Plague Stinger In the way you've build your deck you have to focus on poison counters not as much in -1/-1 counters on creatures. It only takes 10 poison counters to kill and with that amount of proliferate its not quite hard.
Instead of the god awful Exoskeleton there is a 1B creature enchant in MBS that gives the creature infect.
I actually put 2x Glissa, the Traitor in my B/G infect deck b/c she is THAT good. BGG 3/3 firststrike, deathtouch, "whenever a creature is put into an oppenents graveyard, you may search your library for an artifact card and put it into your hand." her + livewire lash + buff spells is FUN FUN FUN.... at least for her controller haha.
