i like the design, but there is no creature control; heavy hitters and weenies can take it out easy, adds some damnations, recoils and other bounce cards since blue/black has no destructive cards that cost 3 or less.

Glimpse the unthinkable is one of my favourite cards but he belongs in a mill deck not a discard...
take out some monsters, add in kami of the crescent moon, that + howling mines is great, duress, mind rots are good, and maybe traumitize, your enchantments are good, try bloodcheif ascension
