Distortion Strike plus buffs to win the game. This is a Legacy deck. Mimic vat with putrefax is a deadly combo. Problems I'm having using infect decks are against aggro decks. Any idea how to improve against them?

Looks alright. Rancor is a nice cheap buff. Not sure if 2x Livewire Lash would be better instead of it. Rancor is alot cheaper and gives creatures trample. Livewire Lash will make your opponent panic a little bit more I think. If he removes the creature he gets 2 poison. If he don''t and you target your own creature with groundswell+distortion strike. He gets 4 direct poison damage +5/0 unblockable on the infect creature (basicly winning the game). Distortion Strike also double trigger the livewire lash (turn 1/2).

Livewire Lash is good but the only thing I hate is that you have to pay 2 mana to cast it and then another 2 to equip where Rancor only takes one mana and goes back to your hand after creature is destroyed. Then again if I were to make my creatures unblockable having trample is kinda useless. Thanks for your input!
Do ever get the point where you are struggling for mana when you play your deck? I see most of your cards as one or two mana cost.. do you think Terramorphic Expanse and Jwar Isle Refuge are advantageous in your deck? I found getting rid of the mana that come into the battlefield tapped just slows your deck that much, especially if you are going for a fast deck. I like the Distortion Strike ideal you recommended on my deck though. I'm gonna have to think how I could incorporate another blue card in my deck.. Thanks.
I would like to get my hands on some fetch lands but they are just too expensive to get a set right now so I have to put in other alternatives.
I don't think you need fetch land cards in this deck.. its almost exclusively 1 and 2 mana cost and you have 4 birds of paradise. I'd take out the fetch land and just put in two other lands. Also I also though of the putrefax mimic vat combo for my deck but I never got around to using it. The game usually ended befor I could get them both.
this looks very good like the colour combo's and some of the card combos too, such as mimic vat putrefax ect, youve commented on my infect deck so you kno wi run one to the biggest bugger for me is other quick chompers played by my opponent i have x 4 grasp of darkness in my deck for removal and still wish i had more removal at times your running black so my only recomendation would be to add some kill cards to get rid of those chompers that way if they cant block you can pump when they takle the damage which with poison makes for a short game !, admitidly you have distrotion strike to get round this !, but theres always odd cratures that you just have to deal with ! - good deck , well liked by me !
Another card I realy like in my deck is Invigorate. it wors wonders in my B&G infect deck because you can buff when your opponent doesn't expect it, seeing how you can play it for 0 mana.
