Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
This is just an idea for now using scars. The main idea is poison counters using spells like Tainted Strike or Relic Putrescence and creatures like Contagious Nim and Hand of the Praetors. The other idea is to use Carnifex demon when you have 2 in play by taking off a -1 -1 counter to put it on the other Demon thus killing everything else in play. It could also be benificial to sacrifice your own creatures before you kill them with the demons. Ie, Flesh allergy and Culling Dais. Since its a lot to do in one turn you could use Semblance anvil on an artifact creature so they both cost 2 less. If needed there can be some Diabolic Tutors to get what you need. With the sideboard, You could change out the infect for Myr's and speed up the cycle with mana. Use the prototype portal on a myr and keep making copies of leaden myr or myr galvinizer and keep on tapping then use carnifex demon =D I have no idea how it would turn out but its an idea :)
