merfolk inf. mill combo = drowner of secrects, stonybrook school master, and intruder alarm. tap the school master to mill put a token into play and all creatures untap from the alarm. rinse repeat

i would get replace of almost all the creatures in there except Wizened Cenn, Goldmeadow Stalwart and Knight of Meadowgrain. Figure of Destiny is a pretty cool card but costs lots of $$$. also maybe replace the sun lance with oblivion ring

the land selection is pretty wack fixing this would allow you add more to the -1/-1 synergy (by getting rid of the mana artifacts). also i would add some puncture bolts and/or scars. 4 blowflly infestations wouldn't hurt either

lord give island walk to all your merfolk as well you you won't even have to waste a card enchanting them for 2 blue he's super good now that merfolk don't suck anymore (i started playing during ice age and believe me they sucked back then)
