Deck Description

Stumbled across this deathfed deck a few months ago, and really liked the concept. Its not standard legal, but when I only play with my friends I don't see that as an issue. I have made some improvements to the original event deck, but have tried to keep the original ideas. I have implemented a larger swamp part, but so far the results have been mixed, mostly good tho.

Been playing against friends and such, never competitively, and I feel like I could use some input if I'm ever to attend a FNM or similar.

While I do realize my decks weakness against planeswalkers, and a semi weakness towards flying, intimidate and unblockable, I kinnda hope to beat his life down to 0 before he does mine.

I tried to keep the creatures that provide mana, mainly because land cards doesn't do me any good in the graveyard, so to thin out the amount of lands needed to run this machine, the Llanowar Elves and the birds of paradise are still in the deck. Also cards like the dual lands allows me to run fewer lands, and Evolving wilds helps thinning out the library for lands beeing milled. Mulch has a similar effect.

Had 1 Increasing Confusion lying around, and therefor it found a spot as more milling.
Have plans of getting some Hedron Crab to increase the milling, thereby leaving more spots for creatures, rather than instants/sorceries. Hedron Crab's landfall helps milling, and is also triggered by Evolving wilds and Viridian Emissary's leaving the battlefield. It however doesn't let me choose any cards to put into my hand, as Mulch and Grisly Salvage does. Any thoughts on this dilemma?

Since I have both Spider Spawning and Kessig cagebreakers I have considered Parallel Lives - Is it good enough for a spot? Maybe in the sideboard?

Any thoughts on this deck as a whole?

Deck discussion for Deathfed 2.13

If you ever want to change large parts of the concept, try:
4 mesmeric orb, 4 fatestitcher, 4 laboratory maniac and 4 gitaxian probe.

If you don't want to change the concept just add mesmeric orb which will speed up your deck.
(especially spiderspawning, increasing confusion and dream twist. Oh, and add crypt incursion to your sideboard!)

You might also want to add 1 or more oboro, palace in the skies for your hedron crabs.
