This is a pretty normal Merfolk deck centered around milling. The main combo is to us Drowner of Secrets to tap all your Merfolk to make opponents mill cards. Then at the end of your turn they all untap with Merrow Commerce. The rest of the cards are other ways to mill opponents very fast.

a deck seems very interesting! how do you protect yourself of mass destruction, as the wrath of god or spells -X/-X?

If played right, this deck can mill an opponent to death by turn 6. I did have a few counter spells in this deck, but they slowed the deck down. The main way to protect against mass destruction is to play against a deck that doesn't have those kinds for spells in them. If need be I can use Grimoire Thief to counter those spells if I have removed them from the game with its effect.
Cool, I saw the potential of the deck, he is really good. I wondered how to escape of mass destruction card, because I participate in league with friends and someone always has a deck of its kind. =)
