This deck started off as a mono black creature ramp. Then it changed into a mono black creatureless ramp. Everything is this deck is meant to be mean! Wayfarer's Bauble and Armillary Sphere help ramp. Cabal Coffers gives you tons of mana to cast your spells. Font of Mythos keeps your hand full. Painful Quandary discourages casting spells. Dash Hopes can counter those spells or hurt your opponent. Temporal Extortion makes for a really hard choice for your opponents (let you have a turn where you can cast more stuff to hurt them, or lose a lot of life). Choice of Damnations makes for a hard choice too. Curse of the Cabal can put the heat on or devastate an opponents field. Sadistic Sacrament can remove harmful cards. Exsanguinate and Sorin's Vengeance are there to kill your opponents off.

Definitely up my aisle. Might a suggest Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth and some type of card drawing mechanic that isnt the Font, Sign in Blood, Promise of Power, Necropotence?
