Lets see if I get the combo. You need 2 Myr Galvanizer in play and a Palladium Myr in Play and then either a Whetweel in play or a Psysic Drain in Hand with an Black and Blu Mana Available. 1 Myr Galvanizer Untaps the other and The paladium Myr makes 2 for each 1 spent for the Myr Galvinizer Cost. You may want some more search cards like Jace or Preordain and maybe some solid creatures to keep you alive while you set up 4 cards. Black and blue have the tools. Good luck

This is my first build of this deck. I'm probably not even going to use it. I'm thinking about changing it to blue/red. You got the combo right though.
