Notion Thief and Wistful thinking are the two key cards , great card advantage .Main idea is to keep opponent low on cards, then using Devastation tide to return whatever creatures he/she plays to hand.. and having him/her discard those creatures with wistful thinking/hypnotic specter/whispering madness (if notion thief is in play) .
T1: Swamp - dark ritual - Hypnotic specter or T1: Island - brainstorm/ponder/delver T2: Swamp - dark ritual - notion thief (cast at end of opponents turn - due to flash )T3: Island - Wistful thinkingT4: more ponder / brainstorm to filter out cards you don't need at the moment and/or placing Devastation tide for next turn draw for miracle cast ( if opponent is overwhelming you with creatures)

Feel free to comment on how to improve the deck, without using really really expensive cards..also I realize ponder might be restricted or banned in several formats - some scry cards could replace it.
