I'd go with warclamp mastiff - bost it with charm or rancor and you got 3/3 first strike trample turn 2 if you got good hand early game

I would dump the crusader since infect has nothing to do with this deck and put in more deathtouch cards. Wurmcoil and pinions is awsome though!
