An experimental villu-deck I plan to build. Blue/Green it's my favorite color combination, but I wanted to make an unusual Simic deck: a Modern Blue/Green burn deck. So this is what I came up with. I tried to keep it as budget as possible, so for dual lands I chose Thornwood Falls and Simic Growth Chamber (plus Amulet of Vigor). The sideboard is not actually a sideboard, just a list of cards I'm thinking to put in this deck, or maybe not. This deck is in constant change, but I intend to buy it IRL when I'm happy with it. Meanwhile, COMMENTS ARE WELCOME!
Yes, I know bounce-lands are quite bad, but I came up with some cards with Landfall to benefit from playing lands twice: Jaddi Offshoot, and Groundswell (which becomes a Titanic Growth for 1). The biggest burn card in this deck is Psionic Blast, but it also deals damage to you, so I put some cards that make you gain life, just in case. Those are Jaddi Offshoot, and Thornwood Falls. By the way, you should play Thornwood Falls on turn 1, or wait for the Amulet of Vigor to appear in your hand.That's pretty much it. Use the creatures as walls and use their abilities, while you keep playing low-CMC counterspell/burn instants.
