Control your opponent using removal spells and blockers such as Nyx-Fleece Ram and Souls of the Faultless until you can have Exquisite Blood and either Vizkopa Guildmage or Sanguine Bond, then drop a heal or damage to infinitely drain your opponent's life (or all your opponent's lives in the case of Vizkopa Guildmage).
