I'm too poor for Force of Will, so instead I've been forlornly staring at an old card called Foil. It seems like a Force of Will at twice the cost, so I just can't bring myself to play it. Then I got to thinking: is there any way discarding cards could be a good thing? Madness!I decided to build a deck around the Madness mechanic. 15 cards are discard outlets, and most of the others are Madness cards. Jace's Sanctum helps you cast multiple cards (for instance, Forbid +2 Madness spells becomes much more doable). Stormtide Leviathan is the big finisher, capable of locking some opponents out of the game unless they have removal.
