when i play this deck i like to act as smug as possible, for that extra irritation factor.

propaganda is the same as ghostly prison, except blue, which i have more mana of. sphere of safety would be excellent, but the mana cost is a little high for my taste. propaganda only costs 3, and can be brought straight into play with zur's ability.

you can if you want to, but my personal preference i'd rather not take any of the cards out of the deck to put land tax in.

mana short pretty much accomplishes the same thing, but also forces them to tap out, which is what you want.

added some sideboard stuff that can be used in a situation where you battle a deck that has little to no creatures.

i'd have no way to cast it other than bringing it directly into play with zur, and i dont like that it hurts me as well as my opponent, as there is nothing in this deck to counteract the damage i'd do to myself.

you'll love playing this deck. you'll hate playing against it.

a good start but you have no kill cards. take it from me, i play a deck similar to this.
my deck: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=27382

the problem you have here is that you have nothing that FORCES them to tap out. every thing you are running is conditional on whether they feel like tapping.

suggestions:
too many propaganda, ditch mana chains as they provide no protection at all they only kill off a creature slowly (use unsummon spells or creature destruction instead), use mind whip, add more seizures, less mundungu, ditch pitmage (mundungu is much better), add something to force tapouts (such as mishra's helix, icy manipulator, puppet strings, mana web, sands of time, etc.)

if you have no tapout cards, all this deck will do is be a minor annoyance and provide little to no protection.

you cannot use 2 shuriken's from the same creature without untapping it and tapping it again a second time.

i noticed that all your decks say Work In Progress. you know that ur decks dont go on the "latest decks" list on the right unless u change them to Finished Deck right?

that would actually slow the deck down i think unknown, because he can get a verdant out on the 3rd turn with natural order.

too many cards as hipponox said. this deck is bigger than 2 decks.

and none of these combos are solid enough.

why go through all the trouble of getting wonder in the GY when you can simply cast Flight on Vizzerdrix?
imprinting Unsummon or Healing Salve to Isochron Scepter is grossly lacking in power, when you could imprint more powerful spells such as Counter Spell, Enlightened Tutor or even Swords to Plowshares.
Sandskin only prevents combat damage. If you wanted to protect your Platinum Angel use Indestructibility.
Ditch the vanilla creatures such as Vizzerdrix, Phyrexian Hulk, Mahamoti Djinn, and Wind Drake. There are better options.
Why all the Mistform creatures? The only combo i can possibly see in here that would take advantage of is Information Dealer and maybe Ixidor's Will (which you each only have 1 of, making it not a very reliable combo.)
Too much life gain. Life gain does not win a game. Damage does.

good deck but it wont be that fast because you will end up with enough mana on the field, but no cards left in your hand by the 4th turn.

i've been playing magic since revised. a time when seeing a Craw Wurm hit the field and you were actually scared. theres alot of cards to memorize dreki and realistically, few people will have the time to memorize every single one of them. its good practice to include even a sentence or two of what your deck does. i cant even count how many decks on this site ive clicked on where in the comments someone asks "wait so how does this deck work i dont get it?" a single sentence or two would have answered that. and if you want people to look at your deck, as i said before, lay out your elaborate plans, explain a little bit of the strat so people can get a taste of what they are clicking on before they click.

the concept of your deck is very similar to mine. You probably need a few multi color lands for flexibility and you seem to be lacking a solid kill combo. You may want to see if you can pull any ideas from my deck and tune this deck into a real killer.

also, your deck is not interesting if you just list down a bunch of cards. you need to grab people's attention by laying out your elaborate (or not so elaborate plans if you play red burn for example) plans. make me want to click on your deck. give it a good name. tell me what you plan to do with your spells. how you plan to kill off your opponent. making a deck called WG Soldiers is pretty damn boring. ok you play white and green and primarily soldiers. this doesnt make me want to click on your cards and find out if you have some kind of cutting edge strategy in your mind. when i see this kind of title i automatically assume your deck is about summoning a few soldiers and simply weenie spamming someone to death.
