I'm assuming you wanna run the deck on a budget? Well what I'd say is lower the mana curve a lot! Everything in the deck needs to be played fast cards like blighted agent, and plague myr and plague stinger should be at 4 in deck. There's a lot of nice cards but it's an expensive deck to play. I am a fan of infect but infect is hard to build and build right. Add Doom Blade or Go for the Throat instead of grasp of darkness. Why make a creature -4/-4 when you can simply kill it? Also consider simple counters like spell pierce or mana leak? Just to slow them down
