I really wanted to build a Rakdos deck that used a lot of artifacts. I tried a few commanders, but everything felt kind of clunky. Then I realized that there are a lot of really good small ramp-y artifact creatures that work with Grenzo so I decided to make a budget deck around that.
Get Grezo out with 0-1 counters as soon as possible a activate him as much as you can. Use scr cards/mindmoil to put the good stuff on the bottom. Eventually you use a Trash for Treasure effect to swap a mana dork for an ashnod's altar or a darksteel forge. You win by looping artifact creatures that get back other artifacts when they die to drain your opponents out with Zulaport/Reckless Fireweaver/Marionette Master. Alternatively, if you get a lucky Arcbound Overseer off of Grenzo you can just smash your way to victory.
