A version of burn in T2. I think it is viable.The four empty cards represent Lightning Strike which was already spoiled(it is from Theros).
Pyromancer - Some defense early game. This deck has so many instants and sorceries that you will produce a LOT of tokens.Loyalist - It is here only because it is a 1-turn drop with haste. Necessary to carry Runechanter's Pike.Pike - Approx. 5-10 bonus power? I'm in! This deck can easily reach such numbers.All the burn cards do not need explanatory.I can splash white for Boros Charms but I wanted to do a mono red. It is still a good option though, but splashing is automatically more expensive because you need shocklands. This deck just CAN'T use taplands. It must be fast and must kill quickly, because it is not good in topdecking. It is similar to aggro, but it beats down with spells rather than creatures.

@Jswag: Try it with constructive criticism. Or would you be happy if someone looked over a idea of yours and only said "This sucks" When Teros comes out, the whole Innistrad Block and M13 will be rotated out, so many of your cards won't be T2 legal Or is this deck planes as Modern deck?

Yes, it works perfectly and I don't know why it isn't played in Modern. Op combo, man! :)))
