Control the game and win slowly with your tarmagoylf. Use the combo eternal witness + cryptic command to use cryptic basically anytime. Always better to have your vial set to 3 to help the combo.
Play your vial then use it to get eternal witness out to reuse your Cryptic. Counter the spell (or what ever in fact) and bounce back in your hand witness. And you can do it again and again. This pretty much stabilise the game.
