Deck Description

Kill your opponent with your red hasted creatures..
Use a touch of blue to get some interesting combos.

Do not let him breathe.

How to Play

16 creatures with haste and trample, lots of damages early.

This kind of deck tends to loose strength after a few turn if creatures are not drawn properly. And on turn 4 or 5, if your opponent is not dead yet, then his deck, with large creatures or combo based, is ready to hit you hard.

This is why :
- Ball Lightnings, Thunders and elementals (with unearth ability) will give you something to play on turn 3/4
- The key is, as always, to get a card avantage :

Hatching plans is a great card, as it gives you 3 cards for 2 mana.
Of course, you need to play it first and then destroy it.
Perilous research works perfectly here.

Play land, petal and hatching plans on turn 1
Then land and Research on turn 2 to get you 5 cards, and some creatures and goodies - lotus bloom is nice - for next turns.

Ratchet bomb works the same.
Play petal land and Ratched bomb on turn 1. (And tap the bomb to get a counter)
Play land and hatching plan on turn 2.(tap the bomb to get a second counter)
On turn 3, you may get 3 cards if you sacrifice the bomb, knowing your opponent will be quite reluctant to play any permanent for 2 or 3 mana while the bomb is still on the battlefield. (Isochron scepters and chalices, my old friends...)

Smokestack has the power to slow down quickly your opponent - you may only loose lands or unused lotus petal/bloom. But it you cast a Hatching Plans.... then you get 3 cards during the process of cleaning the battlefield...
And you keep on playing your creatures.

Earthquakes, Ratched bomb, and chain of vapors will help you clean the battlefield for your creatures. Note that chain of vapor is also excellent with your own haste creatures, as you put back in your hand a nice creature - a Ball lightning is a good choice - for only one mana - before the end of the turn, when it should normally be sacrificed.

Lotus bloom is an excellent card to play early on, for 0, and it will give you when needed the extra mana needed to finish your opponent. So is Fireblast.

Let me know ;)
