A pet deck of mine, combo Arcanis, since he was my first commander. This is the version it ended up as after many iterations. Sideboard is just stuff I like to swap in and out from time to time.
Ramp up to Arcanis and use him as a draw engine. High Tide or Mana Drain can help you cheat out Omniscience / Mind Over Matter early which from there is gg. Control until you get there.
