This white deck relies heavily on various types of protection and damage prevention to stall and frustrate your opponent. Stall early attacks with Order of the Stars or a Wall of Glare enchanted with Inviolability, allowing it to block all your opponents' non-flying creatures at once and not die. Combine Concerted Effort with Voice of All to give all your creatures flying and protection from a color of your choice, or with Serra Angel to give all your creatures flying and vigilance, or with Beloved Chaplain to give all your creatures protection from creatures and make them unblockable. Even better, combine Effort with the Pristine Angel and make sure to leave the Angel untapped -- give all your creatures protection from artifacts and all colors. I think this would be very effective against creature-heavy decks, but decks with burn spells or creature removal might trump it.
