For starters, stop trying to do tri color decks, and stick to dual color decks. And as far as spells go, consider grim affliction, virulent wound, and leeching bite as staples. Then consider maybe running triumph of the hordes, trigon of infestation, and black sun's zenith. And only run black sun's zenith only if you add Melira, Sylvok Outcast to your deck. As for your creatures, ichorclaw myr, plague myr, fume spitter, viridian betrayers, septic rats, plague stinger, phyrexian crusader, hand of the praeters, and flensermite are many creatures I would consider trying to work into this deck.
focus on two colors if you aren't using color specific spells, I would suggest green and blue, add mana and take out 3 blightsteel colossus, how often will you get to play him anyway, you know? blight mamba is hype, consider ichorclaw myr for the ''bushido'' type effect. Glistener elf is great. drop most of your 4 drop creatures . consider bonesplitters as well. Blighted agent is also a great creature bc it is already unblockable. add counterspells to protect your creatures as well, dispel and mana leak are both great as well as rewind. Consider contagion engine as well for the 2x proliferate.

i can be a deck snob at times, but really you should always be running dual lands in cases of tri color decks or even dual color decks. Also as I said on your other deck, check that your mana curve allows you to run this deck fast otherwise you are going to fail most of the time, I can guarantee that.
