i like the idea, but there's a few problems. first and foremost, you do not have enough ramp to sustain this deck's high mana curve and low land count. secondly, wave should never be a 4 off. 2 is optimal, though 3 may work if you find you have enough ramp. cackling counterpart seems unnecisary, though i do see the synergy with parrallel lives. and splashing red for warstorm surge seems a little uncalled for. white might acutaly do better than blue and red in this deck, as it has midnight haunting and hero of bladehold. also, a sacrifice outlet would be nice incase you need to get rid of essence of the wild. so in total i'd suggest something allong the lines of: -2 mountain, -6 island, -4 harbor, -2 genesis wave, -4 cackling counterpart, -2 mind unbound, -2 warstorm surge, -1 parrallel lives, -1 kessig cagebreakers. +2 forest, +6 plains, +4 sunpetal grove, +4 razorverge thicket, +2 hero of bladehold, +4 midnight haunting, +2 rampant growth. thats just off the top of my head, if i think of anything else beneficial, i'll be shure to tell you.
