Yeah, I'm going for Modern. I just cobbled this together for the sake of putting Legion Loyalist and Simian Spirit Guide in the frame, because I thought my friend might like the sound of playing it in Modern.And thanks for the thought, it's always nice when people want to help on this site! :)
OK, here is what you are going to do. Step one, Get Krenko mob Boss. Step two, find the song goblins all around. Step three, play that song as you play your goblin deck. Step four, repeat step three until you either win or your opponent forfeits.
I have nothing but love for Krenko, I play him in my Legacy goblins, and have had the intense joy of playing him, and Goblin Chieftain after my opponent wiped the field XD In Kuldotha Rust he could be insane, but the mana would be a bit problematic, as would placing him in at all.And while I love Spellblast, and think that the Goblin Song is perfect for any Krenko deck, I think No One Survives by Nekrogoblikon more suits the quicker aggro strategies. That song is freaking awesome.
Krenko great card doesn't belong here. This deck could use alot less corny copter because yes it is a zero drop artifact but instead I would run some sort of card draw mainly to draw then pitch lands faithless looting the greatest of all red card draw. Warren Instigator would make this deck pretty powerful a straight must have for goblins in modern. And 4 galvanic Blast. And Shrine of Burning Rage. And sideboard 1 of the opals because you don't want more than 1 in hand and they don't benefit you that much and If the opponent decides to destroy them with their sideboard you can add more in.
A one or two of Krenko could actually be a great stabilizer for this deck, just like in Legacy. Ornithopter is in here because it's a free artifact, yes, but that's because free artifacts let me cast Kuldotha Rebirth reliably. Warren Instigator, great in Legacy, not so much in speedy mostly 1cmc Modern Goblins. One more burn spell might be nice. Shrine of Burning Rage is quite honestly crap in Kuldotha Rust, tested it when the deck was new, and it was utterly disappointing. And in the best hands I've ever gotten with Kuldotha decks, I've had two copies of Mox Opal, because saccing it to Kuldotha Rebirth, and then setting out a kicked Bushwhacker is insane.TL;DR: The fourth Galvanic Blast and the addition of Faithless are options worth considering, but the rest has been dealt with by past testing. And Krenko would probably be a SB card, with maybe two or three copies, but that leaves the question of what in the hell would I take out for him game 2, which I'll be dealing with when I do more testing.
