Yet another shot at making a mono-blue standard deck that is actually viable. Here goes. This deck is loaded with defensive creatures which do their thing while milling the opponent every turn. My spells are all draw spells for acceleration. Quicksilver Amulet is there to get out my Augur and Sphinxes out quickly, so I gain board control and more milling power. I keep a copy of the sundial just in case I want to stop using Core Augur's ability (say, if my opponent has a random Eldrazi in the deck). Finally, I keep a copy of the Empires series as an alternate win condition, once again, just in case.
