You don't need a side board in an EDH deck. And you need more than one win condition, that way if you somehow don't draw your main condition in a hundred card deck, you still have back ups.

so what do you suggest as a second win condition?

Since you have the colors, run some mill.

yeah. you think Oona, Queen of the Fae would work?

She's a great choice, something else you might want is Debtor's Knell for recursion.

Kathari Remnant, replace Sorin with Tezzeret, Traumatic Visions, Spell Burst, and Resistence Fighter. Just curious, why no basic Counterspell?

I do not have one as of now, sadly

I don't see the point of tezzeret, though

Hey, man. Interesting deck, would be interesting to play against. I would think that Jace Beleren would be the better planeswalker for this, over Sorin. Or, to make things interesting, you could run both. As far as speeding it up, I don't know... there's not a lot of blue mana acceleration. I like the lands that do storage counters, though, and any duel lands would be helpful. And I would try adding more land in general; I like to run 35-40 in an EDH deck. Try some of the M10 and lorwyn duel lands.

Anywho, I'd really appreciate it if you'd give my EDH deck a look, it's based on dragons.

Thanks for commenting on my deck.
Looks like this could hold its own against most creature decks, but might have problems with burn.
I saw in the comments that your looking to make space for ~10 lands. You could try getting rid of Cumberstone and some walls. They only help against creature heavy decks, and I think cards like Master of Impediments that tap creatures are more versatile.
Overall it looks like a pretty potent deck, though.

Add Arcane Sanctum, it's the Esper tri-colour land. Because of the massive amount of mana most people have available in EDH, "Spell Pierce" and other "unless they pay X" cards are usually pretty bad (an exception is Logic Knot, because your graveyard is gonna be pretty big). To add to your Mill theme, you could add "Glimpse the Unthinkable". Anyway, if you could tell me what you think of my updated deck, that'd be great.

but I personally find that glimpse is underpowered in EDH. traumatize would better suit my purposes

Another idea I had, Lilianna Vess would rock with your mill theme. And yes, Traumatize is way better.

agreed. and she'll help clear the graveyard (which I need to do)

Thanks for commenting on my deck. So, I've been out of the magic scene for quite some time now, and am getting back into it, so I feel like a newb again, but what is EDH? I don't understand why the deck has only 1 of each card, or that why it has over 100 cards... Maybe if I knew what EDH this would make more sense to me.

ok, disregard my above comment. I should have just looked it up before posting. That sounds like an interesting game. I've never played it before, so I don't know any strategy for it, so I can't really comment on the deck.

it's fine believe me I've seen people who just rip on an EDH without knowing what it is.

The best way to speed up this deck is to run some artifact accelerants. You may want to add two or three more lands as well, to make sure you hit those later land drops. I'd reccomend going to at least 42 total mana sources between the two permanent types. Some good accelerants in your colors are:
Sol Ring
Mana Vault
Darksteel Ingot
Coalition Relic
Spectral Searchlight
Obelisk of Esper
Worn Powerstone

I have found Master Decoy-type creatures to be really ineffective in any multiplayer format: there never seems to be enough of them to hold down the fort. Getting a lot of tokens and an Opposition works better. I'd focus more on finding your Mist of Stagnation (and Opposition, should you add it) by removing some of the tappers for tutors; obviously Enlightened, Vampiric, and Demonic are great, but even Diabolic, Idyllic, Lim-Dul's Vault, or a transmuted Brainspoil can to the job just fine.

A couple decent grave-haters that could be added, too:
Withered Wretch
Nezumi Graverobber
Stonecloaker
Necromancer's Covenant
