Deck discussion for Take Your Time... Again

Man, I tell you, this is epic! Make some kind of sideboard for this, if possible, because I love this.

hey thanks. I always wondered if people ever made these kinds of things. it seems really risky, especially against aggro

I don't understand the point of skipping your own turns to give them "more upkeeps". All that's really doing is saying "Hey! Come smack the hell out of me with all your creatures."

ok then. stasis, now I don't have to pay as often. now I can use my muses to mill/burn my opponent into the ground. paradox haze is there to just cause even more pain.

However, if you run Glacial Chasm, then it will work...

eon hub skips upkeeps. not untap steps. upkeeps are what make this deck go, so that card would be counterproductive

Seems to me that the entire concept is flawed. You'll still be taking SOME turns, and by the time you actually get rolling with effects that might allow you to win, instead of ones that held your opponent, you'll already have lost. You can't reasonably stop your opponent from doing anything they want until turn 4 with the Train, but by then it's their SIXTH turn, they've been drawing extra cards, and they'll probably pound you to dust before you get to go again.

of course I'll still be taking turns. that is why I get to play cards every now and then. the point is that they take more turns than me. and that they get milled more, burned more, and I also have my stasis cards to hold him off. I guess I should add manabarbs for more burn power, but yeah. I don't actually skip turns until you are set up the way you need to be
