So.....say I have 13 rats....would each one with the creature type rat get +1/+1 or +13/+13

So, for Coat of Arms, does it mean that for each rat I would get +X/+X, where X would be the number of rats I control? Each creature gets +1/+1 for each other creature on the battlefield that shares at least one creature type with it. (For example, if two Goblin Warriors and a Goblin Shaman are on the battlefield, each gets +2/+2.) Or what does it mean?http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Card/Details.aspx?multiverseid=191314

N810- Do you think it needs more fine tuning?
actually got it down to 60 cards
Changed it to 65 cards to try and balance it
Used your example, but changed some things, it's still over 60 but it is only 10 over: 70 cards, which isnt bad seeing as it was 25 over before
