Get the sage of hours, the dragonscale general, and some way to have 5 creatures tap. Use the land Illusionists to cast non-blue spells and the Bramblesnap and Loam Dryads to keep the rest of your creatures tapped once you have enough on board. Remember that bramblesnap can tap itself as well as the sage and the general so you can make it work with only 5 total creatures. Chord of calling is ideal for the dragonscale general since then everything starts out tapped. The infiltrators and muddle the mixture can be transmuted into the sage.
