If you have more life than your opponent, Volcano Hellion can play the same role (I really think that works, correct me if I'm wrong) especially with Angel's Grace. Burn your opponent to the face with Lightning, or use it along with Counters to control the game. Mogg War Marshal to lower the cost of Blasphemous Act.Expensive cost is mostly those dual lands, without them it is more like ~$40. However for it to work best they're recommended.
Put Negate in if you're against heavy blue control for extra counters to protect your Blasphemous Act. Put Path to Exile in against creature-based decks and Journey into Nyx's Aegis of the Gods. Put Smelt in against Witchbane Orb.
