This deck needs mind funerals, archive trap and some blue black spells to play as anti creature for the mill conditional kill. Try running blue, black, and white. You can use wall of denial, path to exile, mind funeral, day of judgement, and angel song to improve your odds of the mill kill. Also you can use arcane sanctum as a cheap multi purpose land so your mana base could support all 3 colors.

Ummm yea I suggest you add Black color to your deck but forget the white cuz all you need is blue/black. Add some targeted library exile like sadistic sacrement because if youre up against an opponent who has Emrakul, the Aeons Torn or Progenitus youre pretty much screwed or in deep ****. Glimpse the Unthinkable is also a Blue/Black card you have to get for you mill deck. You could also add some artifacts like Millstone or Keening Stone.
