add sliver queen... really good for sliver decks

scratch that statement... only add sliver queen if your willing to make this a 5 colored deck, and since slivers vary in all 5 colors it wouldn't be a bad idea.
i would but i do not have sliver queen.
what you need is crystaline sliver. he is one of the best ever printed. also try looking for a card called door of destinies. really great in a sliver deck. check mine out.
Pull out your artifacts and plated slivers. get 4 copies of gemhide, 2-3 copies of crypt. Pull out the frenzy and talons for a sedge, and pull out all 3 winged for pulmonic. add in akroma's memorial and mirari's wake to produce more lands. you wont need the spells either with that. Put more dual mana lands or fetch lands in to generate a decent mana pool. you dont need that much 18 or so should be enough. Sideboard your sidewinder and screeching for other cards like might or bonesplitter sliver for more dmg. Add in a shifting as well. In my personal opinion crystaline is overrated but its your choice if you want to add it in or not. You can check my deck for more ideas.

okay, first of all take out the tangleboons, they're useless. second, switch alluren for quick slivers. if you're running 4 color, then you might as well run 5. gemhides are a MUST for any sliver deck. urza's incubator is great in any kind of tribal deck. morningtide has some great tipe number based spells. in my oppinion basic lands are useless in a many colored sliver deck, just go for obscure nonbasics that make 3 or more colors, and since it's a sliver deck, it doesn't matter where you get them. DONT USE CHRYSTALLINE SLIVER!!! he has screwed me over waaaay too many times, he stops all of your targeting sliver abilities, like crypt, which you should definatelly run more of. the 5-color legends are GREAT, in my oppinion overlord and legion are better than queen because they have better abilities and they're a LOT easier to get a hold of than queen, who's not really even worth running unless you're using heartstone and basal/ashnod's altar. I'd also use less of the power slivers and more ability-based slivers.
