You'll always want to start with a hand that has either Goblin Electromancer or Guttersnipe, those two make the deck flow.The main strategy is to flood the board with 1/1 goblin tokens and then use either Dragonshift or Teleportal to deliver a final blow to the enemy. The deck also has 1 copy of Burn at the Stake as a win condition, only tho' as the casting cost is really awkward and the deck doesn't have any expensive dual lands since it's a budget deck.Perilous Research works very well in this deck since you have many tokens to sac, and it can be also used on Goblin Electromancer or Guttersnipe if they're about to be destroyed, since it's an instant spell.
