A deck using Jin-Gitaxias, core augur, among other standard blue cards, to beat down enemies with activated abilities rather than just raw strength. To get out damage dealers, proliferate onto Everflowing Chalice for mana. Hopefully, you can draw out Jin-Gitaxias and have out psychosis crawler and win with a distortion strike here and there. Also, the distortion strike would work for Impaler Shrike as well.
