I beg to differ, in a 60-Card Deck you should always run 24 Lands if you have no Mana Boosters. This Deck is a bit of an exception because of its relatively low Mana Curve. However, this Deck is fine right now with 24 Lands, so I would suggest keeping 24.
I've seen several variations of QFTHR decks but I think this one is the best I've seen so far. I had one that was white and blue and I used trinket mage to bring memnites to the field.
