Trying to make the most of Waste Not...If you manage to cast Waste Not and Delirium Skeins, Dark Deal or Ill-Gotten Gains the game should be over for >= 4 players.Playing Windfall makes the deck absolutely ABSURD - but hey, it is even restricted in Vintage.
The core of the deck is obviously Waste Not. This plus any of the "each player"-discards should turn the game heavily to your favor.The rest of the deck is just some removal and can basically be replaced arbitrarily.Gemstone Caverns even allows you to play Waste Not on the first turn.It is essential that you mulligan until you either have Waste Not or Dark Ritual + Shred Memory!

That sure is a sweet card. I just hope that the opponents have enough permanents left when it is cast...I also really like the new Dark Deal. It is perfect for this deck! For our purposes it is almost a Windfall.
Updated to include Dark Deal and make it even more aggressive.
