Deck discussion for Budget Goblins

I would can the reverb for a couple of Krenko's command. It may make for a nice smack to the face but you will probably run into situations where reverb is just a dead card in your hand, wereas the Krenko's is always relevent.

Reverberate + Goblin Nade is such a powerful combo though, turning a win out of nowhere with 10 damage finisher. Plus I got lightning bolts as a backup for reverberate.

True. But thats if you have it in your hand. If you run into a situation where you top deck it with an empty hand its a dead card. Or you may have the nade in your hand after a board wipe. In either case a reverb is dead unless the opp tries to burn you out. You may also consider Skullcrack or Browbeat. Life gain gives a deck like this one a real hard time and skull crack can shut that down. Browbeat makes you opp really think. 5 to the face or let you draw 3 more cards. Food for thought. Its not a bad way to go. But there are many other things you can try that will give you more options and better plays against different decks.

Truski. You always want to save goblin grenade for the finisher, and that will let you see a few more cards for better chances of drawing reverberate. 10 for 3 mana is crazy enough to warrant throwing 2 in there just in case.

Also as a sidenote you only need 1 goblin on the field to do the reverberate combo, when you copy the spell you dont need to sacrifice another goblin. And reminder if you want to use reverberate on your own spell on MTGO, you have to hold control to keep priority.

There is risks to running reverberate of course, but the reward is high enough to slap 2 in there I think, esp considering your holding goblin grenade for the last 5 damage anyways.

Like i said not a bad way to go by any means. My point was more that I would do it differently to give myself more options Maybe what this deck needs more than anything is a good sideboard. But if its more for casual play then I won't disagree with the bigger is better mindset. =)
