I like the ghost council. It really good although the vizkopa guildmage is really a mana waster. I would take that out. Maybe add another Ghost council then add that enchantment that whenever an opponent loses life you gain that much life. There's another that's vice versa. Both are one of the colors in your deck. Sorry I would give you there names but I forgot them. Sorry.

Yes, I know the cards you're talking about: Exquisite Blood and Sanguine Bond. Unfortunately, I don't have either of them, or I would definitely put them in. I like the guildmages because I can replicate Sanguine Bond's effect with them.
This deck is amazing! But you should take those guildmages out.
