It is a budget deck. That's enough to get my respect.Also it seems pretty effective as well. All the cards I could suggest would be using Murder instead of Sip of Hemlock.Also running one or couple of Nightveil Specters would surely not be bad, since you seem to be in taste of specters already due to Shimian Specter.I really like this concept. Reminds me of the 14 buck intro packs.

Yeah his one came out of my collection off a whim and I finally put it to the test against a deck burner today. It killed it big time! I do like the suggestions though and I will definitely be on the look out for some murder cards. Already wanted another shimian and some more of those unblockable rogues.
An awesome unblockable rogue is Invisible Stalker.It might be a little pricey, but it is very, very good.
