Chance Encounter makes a great centerpiece card, so I figured I'd make a deck around it. If you can pull it out together with Krark's Thumb, you can win the game extremely quickly. The cards are a bit pricey mana-wise for a red deck, but four mana should be able to get you a win if you have least one Chance Encounter.
Pull out Krark's Thumb as fast as possible. Chance Encounter comes next, followed by, preferably, a Karplusan Minotaur. Fiery Gambit can be ridiculous with Krark's Thumb (just watch out that you don't deck yourself). With the great benefit from the Thumb, you might be able to win without Chance Encounter - just kill your opponent with a Fiery Gambit.NOTE: To keep things easy in casual play, I typically just roll dice - evens win, odds lose.
