Which format is this for? Because you can run Counterspell over cancel (UU). and with as many wizards as your rolling sage's dowsing over convolute, or just run 4 mana leak's. try it out, hope it helps :D

why not run story circle instead of the individual color COP's cut the deck down to around 60, put enlightened tutors in (since i see the 4x moat i assume money isn't a problem), and if you wanted it to be legacy legal you can cut the balances and add either restore balance, cataclysm, or armegedon. You can run keening stone, (note these are just suggestions), or the painter's servent Grindstone (once again me assume money is no problem seeing the moats) combo. just my two cents have fun
